Our company has been a pioneer and innovator in the hospitality and tourism industry for 30 years. We started in 1990 with the Limnopouli Recreation Complex (restaurant – tea room – snack bar – playground).
In 1995, we opened the Krikonis Hotel, the first hotel in the city with a swimming pool and pool bar.
In 2014, we opened the All Saints Villas, the first licensed tourist accommodation complex in Epirus by the Greek National Tourism Organization (GNTO).
Now, we are preparing to open the first 4-star CAMPING – GLAMPING in Ioannina and Epirus in August 2023. This will offer a modern and alternative accommodation option in the city of Ioannina, the region of Epirus, and the wider area.
Our company has been pioneering and innovating in the hospitality and tourism industry for 30 years, starting in 1990 with the “Limnopoula” Recreation Complex (restaurant – tea room – refreshment stand – playground).
In 1995, we opened the Krikonis Hotel, the first hotel in the city with a swimming pool and Pool Bar.
In 2014, we built the All Saints Villas tourist residence complex in Plataria, Thesprotia, the first EOT-licensed residence complex in Epirus.
In April 2024, our company will inaugurate “Ioannina Camping” (Glamorous camping – “Glamping”) on the hospitality map of Epirus. It is the first luxury camping tourism unit. The 10,000 sq.m. area is located in an ideal location and includes luxury tents (Glamping Tents), Safari tents, transparent Bubbles and wooden igloo-type domes, offering a unique experience of relaxation and rest. It also offers comfortable camping pitches if you choose to come with your own equipment, whether it is a tent or a vehicle.
With 35 years of experience in the hospitality industry and with respect for nature and the needs of our customers, we have created a space of high quality and aesthetics, combining luxury in harmony with the natural environment.
